Electronics Combat Range Operations
For Shaw Air Force Base, DESA staffed and managed the Air to Ground Operations, as well as range grounds and electronic equipment maintenance.

DESA's work included:
•    Aircraft coordination
•    Target electronic systems maintenance
•    Target repair and replacement
•    Grounds maintenance
•    Operation and maintenance of the electronic scoring system

Medical Facility Maintenance
As subcontractor to Syska Hennessy, DESA provided operation and maintenance services to the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center for medical facilities at Moody and Seymour Johnson Air Force Bases.

DESA operated and maintained the clinics' automated information systems - which managed inventory, maintenance schedules, repairs and work requests.

DESA's responsibilities included:
•    Preventive maintenance
•    Incidental repair
•    System commissioning
•    Systems replacement

Switchboard Operation Services
DESA Switchboard Operation Services staffed and managed Air Force base communications centers at Charleston and Shaw Air Force Bases in South Carolina and Grandforks Air Force Base in North Dakota.

DESA's responsibilities included:
•    Providing operator assistance for incoming and outgoing calls
•    Maintaining logs and activity reports
•    Maintaining and updating base telephone directories
