The City of Columbia, through its Office of Business Opportunities, has been a long-time strategic partner for the South Carolina Minority Business Enterprise Center. 

 

The Center partners with the City to grow and develop minority-owned businesses.

Minority businesses working on city projects and experiencing problems receive added counseling--with the goal of finding positive solutions.
