For over 20 years, DESA has also been operating the MBDA Business Center (formerly the South Carolina Minority Business Enterprise Center), an affiliate of the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) - a division within the U.S. Department of Commerce. The Center promotes the growth and expansion of minority-owned businesses in South Carolina, a mission that DESA has stood behind since our inception in 1986.
Because we have operated the Center for numerous years, we're also well-versed in providing global services for local, national and world-wide agencies.
